A Great Week

For lack of better words, Angela's "quality of life" has been on the upswing for the last several weeks. The last several mornings Angela has got up and made me a cup of coffee and cooked me and the boys some biscuits. While making me a cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning may seem more like a "quality of life" improvement on my part, it has added a big smile to my beautiful brides face and a feeling somewhat reminiscent of better days. Her motor skills and mental state continue to improve.

THANKS to all our family and friends who continue to support and pray for us. Angela has gained four pounds. We're talking about a dietician here. Translation - All of your home cooked meals have been great!

HOW AMAZING! I know ya'll felt like that was a MAJOR DAY! I can identify with that "small" change and know that it is monumental! We are praising the Lord for the continued improvement! I just want to jump up and down and shout PRAISE THE LORD!

Our Father,

All my words this morning are in shouting form! Thank you, thank you, thank you for that cup of coffee and breakfast! Thank you for arms and legs that are working better! Thank you for beautiful smiles! You are mighty and an awesome God!

In His GLORIOUS name, I pray,

AMEN!!!!!!!!

We love you guys,

WoW, WoW and WoW....what a wonderful update...I was so happy and absolutely thrilled...One of the first words that came to my mind when reading the post was MIRACLE!! Yes, we don't know if you are completely healed but to be able to take care of your family like only a Mommy knows how!! I know that makes you so very happy..WAY TO GO!!!!

Here is a song for you it is called Shout to the North...

Men of faith rise up and sing
Of the great and glorious King
You are strong when you feel weak
In your brokeness complete

Shout to the North and the South
Sing to the East and the West
Jesus is saviour to all
Lord of heaven and earth

Rise up women of the truth
Stand and sing to broken hearts
Who can know the healing power
Of our awesome King of love

We've been through fire, we've been through rain
We've been refined by the power of his name
We've fallen deeper in love with you
You've burned the truth on our lips

Rise up church with broken wings
Fill this place with songs again
Of our God who reigns on high
By His grace again we'll fly

Love, peace, HOPE,
Lowry

P.S.
One Easter Sunday morning as the pastor was preaching a children's sermon, he reached into his bag of props and pulled out an egg. He pointed at the egg and asked the children, "What's in here?"

"I know, I know!" a little boy exclaimed, "pantyhose!"

You are always in our thoughts and prayers.

Wow! Hope it was Community Dark Roast! We were so fired up with the new report.

As we have said from the beginning... poor cancer... it does NOT HAVE A CHANCE with Ms Angela! You do NOT mess with her! :)

Keep us updated, and David, since she did breakfast, dinner is on you!

Lifting up prayers and sending you love from Tennessee!

Happy Mardi Gras and Super Tuesday,

I hope you got to enjoy some of the fun festivities of the day...I so missed being at home today. Usually on Mardi Gras morning, I take the girls to Morning Call... Today, I had to settle for a chick-fil-a breakfast.

Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:16

Can't wait to hear your next "progress note". How long has it been since your last progress note???

Love, peace, HOPE and still stormin heaven for you!!

One day,Bubba and Earl were driving down the road,
drinking a couple of cold beers.
The passenger, Bubba, said "Lookey thar up ahead Earl, it's a po-leece roadblock!
We're gonna get busted fer drinkin' these here beers!"
"Don't worry Bubba," Earl said. "We'll just pull over and finish drinkin'
these beers, peel off the label and stick it on our foreheads, then throw
the bottles under the seat."
"What fer?" asked Bubba.
"Just let me do the talkin', okay?" said Earl. They finished their beers,
threw the empty bottles under the seat and slapped the labels on their foreheads.
When they reached the roadblock, the sheriff said, "Have you boys been drinking?"
"No sir," said Earl, "we're on the patch."
