Enjoying Life

Angela and I have just been busy enjoying life. The boys are in two T-Ball leagues. One of the leagues played their last game yesterday evening. Obviously we are little biased, but Alex and Christian are amazing. I jokingly call them the Dynamic Duo. Where are the talent scouts?

This Sunday we'll be celebrating Christians 3rd birthday at the splash grounds in Gonzales. Angela is excited and has a Superman theme planned. Christian use to be Spiderman.... but somehow he has climbed the evolutionary ladder to become Superman!

Angela is now beginning to work out at YCMA. She has a little anxiety being in a gym setting, but with a little encouragement she is getting through it.

The nausea following the chemo has gotten considerably better. Thanks for your continued thoughts, posts and prayers.

Ah Ha! I'm the first comment on this update. I've been monitoring your blog and things are looking great.

A Prayer for Health

Almighty God, who has given me a wonderful body to hold my immortal soul, teach me how to live that I may keep it in health.
Let me learn the laws that govern my body, that I may not break them. Help me to regulate my appetite and passions, that they may serve you and me, in the building of my body, and not weaken it.

Give me health of mind, that my thoughts may be clean and pure. Make me love your good gifts of fresh air and cool water, and use them for your good, and the good of my body.

Help me to always keep my body fit for your service.

For Jesus' sake.

Amen.

Lots of love,
Melissa Clouatre

Angela,

I am glad to hear that you are doing better. I am sorry that I didn't get to see you and David and met ya'lls children the last time I was in town. I forgot your number at my office. I rode by on Sunday morning and no one looked to be home. I will keep you in my prayers and I hope and pray that you get better.

Tell David hello for me, hopefully the next time I am in town I can stop by and see you.
