Dear Heavenly Father I plead your mercy and peace over Angela during this difficult time. I pray that you allow her to find you close even palpable in her very presence. Lord fill her heart and her home with the warmth of who you are and give the strength that she needs day by day, minute by minute to get up and go forth. Lord help her to understand that your will is perfect in every way and that as long as she resides in you and puts her faith in the power of the cross that all will be well. Help her to find the trust she needs to completely depend on you for every single need no matter how insignificant it may seem. Allow her to see that you are concerned with the small things and the big things alike and that you are bigger than any obstacle she faces. She is not alone Lord. Your are her guard, her fortress, her strongtower, her rock and redeemer. Father praise you in Jesus name that you are the utmost. Praise you for giving Angela the will and strength to take even one step forward. How difficult it is when to lie in bed and let the fear and depression overtake her would be so easy. But with you Lord all things are possible. Bless you Abba for your care and cradling hand upon her even now. Father surround her with your peace that is beyond our understanding and let it fill her. Meet every single need and desire for her and give her the strength to be what you have called her to be; a mother to the three little miracles that you provided. Help her to stand when she can't and to go when she doesn't want to God. Thank you for your merciful love that none of us deserve but that you so graciously give. Lord how I love you and thank you for hearing the prayers of a wretch like me. Thank you for the salvation that you sent for all of us. Be alive for Angela, David, Christian, Alex and Katherine. Help them through this time and when all this is in their past, may they give you all the glory and praise.

Angela, this is my prayer for you and your family. I hope that you rec'd the journal I sent and are writing your thoughts, prayers, and even complaints and concerns down for God to hear. He doesn't mind when we get angry and can't possibly understand how he allows such things to happen. Voice it to him. One day I hope you look back and see very specific answers to prayers. My thoughts and prayers are constantly with you and I will be sure to pass this request along to our SS class. Trust that many will be lifting you up. I am trusting God for a miracle for you and hope to see you standing strong one day soon. Whatever God choses to do is of his perfect will. Find the courage to trust that. As difficult as that seems to be now in time he will allow you to understand the purpose of it. I am deeply sorry about Keebo. May the God of peace and mercy be with you each and every day.

I'm so sorry to hear about Keebo. I remember his young years while working with you, the birthday parties and you taking him to the Mardi Gras Parade. I know you will miss him a lot. I'm so sorry for your loss.
I think of you and your family often and keep you in my prayers. Please keep the faith and the strength. I know it's really hard sometimes and I'm told God doesn't give us more than we could handle. I question that sometimes, but I've found it to be true. I hope to come and see you soon. Say hello to your little ones for me!

I cannot comprehend the pain of this family Lord nor can I understand but father I place my faith in you alone to perform your miraculous work. Its Ben, I know that it has been a long time since we have spoken or even seen each other. Mom and Dad have been keeping up to date on whats been happening with you two. I was greatly saddened to hear of your misfortunes, and my prayers have been with you until this day. Yes, there was someone praying for you all the way in Iraq. I can't wait to get to see you all again. Hopefully soon too.

November 10th - Visit to Duke
Dear Heavenly Father, I bow before you knowing that the anxiety and anticipation of these upcoming events is taxing this already weakened and distraught family. Lord How I BEG your mercy over this. I am pleading a miracle healing over Angela with the knowledge that you can do this. You have provided proof all throughout your word of your desire and willingness to provide healing. Do it know for them Abba. You gave life and surely you take life away but Lord can you really be finished with Angela? She has 3 children and a husband who need her. She is a strong fighting woman who has shown that she is willing to put forth what is required. Lord why? Why can we not understand your ways? Why must we wait for your timing? These things are impossible to understand and are so very painful to endure. But Lord help them to put their trust in you and find peace and comfort. Lord allow these two very significant days be a blessing and may the outcome be one of miraculous proportions for which you alone receive the praise, glory and honor. In all things I praise you Lord. In triumph and trial, In pain and peace, in hope and fear, in sadness and in glee. Oh God I praise you. You are Angela's strength and her hiding place. Father minister to her in a very intimate way over these next days.
