Thursday, January 22nd

A quick note to let all of you know that today was a great day for Angela. She ate, drank coffee & water and ate a smoothie......while this may seem minor, it is huge as she has been having trouble swallowing the past few days. Well, not today ~ one small miracle for the Flukers! Tonight she told the nurse that she wanted to get out of bed. So, they helped her to a chair where she sat and visited with family and friends for 30 minutes or so. When I left tonight she was back in bed and still awake. I am sure that she'll sleep well tonight.......she's had a big day.

Please continue to pray for the miracles.........

This news is so GREAT!!! I am so excited to see her this weekend, and knowing the strength she endures is incredible. She is so strong and such a model of faith. I have been praying for her daily through the divine mercy, and was privelged to pray it over her bed this last weekend. She seemed to be comforted knowing that God will be with her through all of this and comfort her. I hope that the days ahead are as great as this day, and that she will take one day at a time, and be comforted in the Lord. Angela has been a great friend to me for so many years, and I truly treasure our friendship so dearly, and our wonderful times together!! I will be here for you and your family, and know that you are always in my thoughts and prayers. Have a great night!! I LOVE YOU and YOUR FAMILY!!! Have a restful night!!

Angela, I pray that you have another good day today. It was so good to know that God was there to hold you up yesterday. You are a blessed woman to have so many people around you who love and adore you. I had the opportunity to see Tammy yesterday and she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. And she cooks really well. I wish I had gotten to know you both better when I had the chance.

I prayed for you so much yesterday. God is good and blessed your family and you with a beautiful day. I am so thankful for you and for David.

Father in Heaven thank you for showering blessings on the Fluker family. I pray that you will hold Angela up and give her strength again today. Father you are so merciful and know exactly what we need even before we need it. David was growing weary and you graced him with a wonderful day with his wife. How awesome a gift to be completely exhausted from being blessed. WOW. Lord you are so good. I ask that there will be no discomfort and that Angela will be alert and lucid and able to interact with those that love her so deeply. I pray that your peace will fill her room and that your glory will show on Angela's face. I pray that you will give your Angels charge over them and protect them from any thing the enemy wants to discourage them with. Lord surprise them again. I love you and praise you for loving your children enough to give us unexpected gifts.

David and Angela be blessed and stay strong.
